Ivory Edwardian hat base reimagined by me for a modern bride- large silk flower, antique lace edged embroidered hanky, baby blue wide antique ribbon and feathers. Hat has some wear to silk, but solid and not shattering. Top plume will come separately and can be used however desired. Best fit size S/M.
