Shipping is calculated at check out based on location of delivery.
We ship USPS Priority or 1st class from the US to the carrier in your country. We try to ship within 3 business days but if you need something fast, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can overnight if requested, or use a carrier of your choice if requested.
LAYAWAYS and RETURNS
The new layout of Dorothea's site allows for searching by set categories (decades, collections, sizes)...once you've clicked in you can drill down further by color, size, decade, textile, lifestyle and more.Happy to work with you on terms, but the basics go like this.....20% down, $2000 maximum, no sale items allowed on layaway, 90 days to pay and we're set. If 90 days passes and my attempts to collect the balance are not responded to & or met, the items become available again for other shoppers and the deposit is kept as a fee for having the pieces unavailable for customers for the duration of the 90 days. Layaway items are not eligible for return due to the extended perioid that they are unavailable to the public. I'm pretty easy going as long as you stay in touch!
Returns are considered on case by case basis. Errors made on our end will be taken back and refunded in full. A return for a change of mind or size issue will be a 20% re-stock fee (bridal gowns 50%). This is primarily to discourage rentals....we are quite easy to work with! Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt and sent back within 72 hours, shipped Priority with delivery confirmation.
Items returned damaged or not in condition they were shipped will be refused
