Purple Haze Reimagined Black 1940s Tilt Hat Purple Peonies and Ribbons

Decadent reimagined hat by me! Black felted wool tilt hat base with grosgrain ribbon inside band, angles on head secured with elastic to go under hair. Adorned with vintage velvet ribbons and modern flowers, chartreuse beaded stems on large peony at right side (hand beaded). One size. No flaws.
