Polka Dot Kitty Cat Applique Mini Shift Dress circa 1960s

White cotton 1960s mini shift dress with aqua blue polka dots and a darling, flirty kitty cat face with striped bow! This dress came to me a mess with stains and I got most out, so I sourced a vintage kitty face to cover the last stubborn few and took the bow from the top of the side front slit and put it on the kitty's neck. Voila!  Rescued and reimagined by me!
