Pleated Blouson Top and Skirt 2 pc Dress circa 1970s

Black, green and red geometric print pleated blouson top and skirt set from the 1970s. Top is sharply pleated with elastic waist and cuffs, keyhole neckline with bow. Skirt is not pleated, a nice contrast- elastic waist. By Haypence. No flaws.
