Pink Celluloid Flower and Shell Headpiece or Jewelry Section circa 1930s

Section of a 1930s jewelry or headpiece made of wrapped wire, sea shells and green and pink celluloid flowers/leaves.  Just under 7", 2" wide- has loops at each end. Could be turned into a bracelet, a front section of a necklace or worn in hair.
