La Fée Verte Victorian Silk Neckpiece with Jet Beading Rhinestones and Feathers

Reimagined black silk sash with wired bow and 3 tails, buckle accents on sides (original)- added jet beaded applique and 1930s pot metal rhinestone piece at center, edged in gorgeous absinthe green and pale apricot feathers. A concoction designed by me! Ties in back, 20" around so a range of sizes. If you'd like I can add a metal chain and hook instead, let me know. This is designed by me and made of all vintage or antique findings.
