Glamorous Beaded Candlelight Silk Wedding Dress with Court Train, Headpieces, Fan, Shoes and Bible circa 1920s

Glamorous candlelight silk wedding dress with all over beading, faux pearl waist trim. Lined, side metal snaps and hooks and eyes. Matching silk court train attached at shoulders with metal hooks, has a fabric covered weight in center between shoulders to maintain drape. 124" long- last 20" has lace and silk applique with beading and faux pearls and wax flowers! Dress has a couple rust spots at left hip as shown, train is perfection. 

This dress was worn in 1922 (June 17, to be precise). Stored with it is a lace cap with small bundles of wax flowers to pin into hair at sides and a huge piece of tulle. Sadly the tulle is brittle- I've shown it with the hat and will send it so you can use it to template a new one should you choose to. 

Also! The shoes- pretty worn as far as scuffs go, but the silk flowers on top are perfection! Leather soles. From Marshall Field and Co of Chicago. 9" long, 2 1/2" wide, 1 1/2" heel. US 6 narrow. 

And more! A matching silk fan, 21" wide and 12" long- a tiny bit of discoloration at edges. A hair clip. A blue velvet box to hold the fan and things- 14" by 5" by 3". And a gorgeous gold gilt edged paper Bible from Oxford University.
