Ebony Silk Velvet Bias Cut Dress with Puff Sleeve and Art Deco Satin Back Shoulder Accents circa 1930s

1930s black silk velvet bias cut full length dress with seam under bust, netting lined puff pleated sleeves- divine ivory satin backed peaked Art Deco shoulder accents. Back half belt of same velvet- hook and loop at back of neck. I've added dress clips in brilliant clear rhinestones at neckline. Included. No holes or stains, no label.
