Blue Belle Reimagined Pale Blue Tulle and Lace Capelet with Vintage Ribbons and Beading

Repurposed blue tulle and lace part of a 1950s party dress- trimmed with modern black tulle collar, vintage velvet cord and tassels (with modern hand beading added), gorgeous vintage blue and wine ribbons. Hand made by me. One size, opens down the front and ties shut at neck.
