Black Weighted Silk Dress with Arts and Crafts Details circa 1910s

1910s black weighted silk dress with arts and crafts accents- fabric inset in bodice center and sleeve cuffs. Hooks and eyes and waist and left side of bodice, waist sash that ties on left side. Some stress tears on top of right shoulder, a little on sleeve cuffs. Hand made.
