Miss Lala Antique Lace and Ribbon Neckpiece with Velvet Flower and Feather

Created with palest blue vintage silk ribbon, half of an antique lace collar with wee faux pearl buttons. I've added a 1930s purple velvet flower and soft pink ostrich feather. This can be worn on neck or on wrist- just ties to close. Hooks and eyes could be added but I left it this way to be more versatile.
